This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which may cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.
Scope of Issue
Conetix is observing some issues with connections overseas as well as to certain Internet Service Providers within Australia. This fault isn't within the Conetix network, however we're now working to bypass the failing connections upstream.
Impacted Services
- Overseas connections
- Cloudflare based sites
- Access from some Australian ISP connections

06:30 - 29/09/2019 - Issue reported and being investigated

06:35 - 20/09/2019 - Fault determined to be upstream

07:10 - 20/09/2019 - Intermittent connectivity exists while the routes change, it may take up to 30 minutes to stabilise global routes

07:40 - 20/09/2019 - Routes appear to be stable now, Conetix will continue to monitor and determine the root cause
