Conetix Anti-Spam Platform Unscheduled Outage

This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of a disruption affecting Spam Experts services for some clients. At this stage we believe the fault to be an overload of the Spam Experts systems which is preventing some emails to queue and not deliver. We currently do not have an estimate on when this will be resolved but are working with the Spam Experts team to resolve. Please refresh this page as we'll provide updates below.

Updates and Status

  • 14:00 - 19/02/2020 - Issue reported and being investigated.
  • 14:10 - 19/02/2020 - Issue identified and raised with Provider.
  • 21:51 - 19/02/2020 - Spam Experts Technicians advise the issue has been identified and a work around is being implemented.
  • 22:33 - 19/02/2020 - Spam Experts Technicians advise the issue has been partially resolved - queued email will begin to deliver over the next 4 hours.
  • 04:00 - 20/02/2020 - Queued emails should have now arrived in customer inboxes.
  • 08:30 - 20/02/2020 - Some customers may still be impacted, Spam Experts are investigating currently investigating a resolution.
  • 12:50 - 20/02/2020 - Some Spam Experts customers may still be affected by this issue, emails are being delivered from the system at a reduced rate.
  • 12:50 - 24/02/2020 - Spam Experts support team reports this issue as fully resolved.
