An issue exists currently for all .au based domains (eg, .com.au, net.au, .org.au and similar domains) for all registrars at present where DNS resolution may fail.
This could result in errors:
- Connecting to your website
- Customers connecting to your website
- Connecting to your email
- Website timeouts
- Payment gateway timeouts
As the issue is specific to the AuDA infrastructure, any and all customers may be affected regardless of your hosting provider and registrar. This means Conetix is unable to fix the issue but simply waiting for a resolution like all providers.
We will update this status once we receive any further information.
Update: 22-March-2022 16:35: The issue has been resolved upstream. If you're still experiencing issues, you may need to restart your browser or PC.
