Update @ 13:30 Conetix System engineers continuing in working to resolve the issue.
Update @ 14:17 Conetix System engineers continuing in working to resolve the issue.
Update @ 15:00 Conetix System engineers are adding further mitigation. Services may not be 100% yet but reliability is increasing.
Update @ 17:10 Conetix engineers have added further mitigation, which has increased the serviceability to near 100% again. The Conetix team is continuing to monitor and will have a full report once the incident is complete.
Update @ 23:50 No further issues have been detected, the team will continue to monitor and determine preventative changes to stop this occurring again in the future.
