Conetix is currently investigating an issue with our Anti-Spam mail filtering system. This is causing some delays for emails being processed and can mean some delays for emails reaching your mailbox.

- 11 March 2025 11:00AM (AEST) - Issue escalated to vendor (N-able). Awaiting their response. Next update at 12:00PM (AEST) if not resolved earlier.
- 11 March 2025 12:00PM (AEST) - Issue has stabilised and mail is processing in a timely manner. We are continuing to monitor.
- 11 March 2025 14:50PM (AEST) - Conetix continues to monitor and no further issues have been detected since 12PM.
