This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Ingenuity.
Scope of Issue
Emails in and out of mail.ingenuity.net.au currently have a delay. The Conetix team are working on the issue at present and hope to have it resolved shortly.

08:30 - 12/11/18 - Issue reported and being investigated

09:12 - 12/11/18 - Issue Identified and fix currently being implemented. ETA for full restoration of service is 30 minutes

09:45 - 12/11/18 - Correction to the mailserver to restore the flow of mail is still ongoing, emails should already be starting to flow through as expected.

10:30 - 12/11/18 - Mail is flowing through and the delay has been significantly decreased. There may be some ongoing issues with delivery to external services, Conetix is currently rectifying this as well.
