Unscheduled Outage - Cluster C Node Friday 28th December 2018 10:30:00


This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

One of the nodes in one cluster had storage performance issues, which affected database reads and writes. This in-turn meant sites were timing out and other similar delays.

Updates and Status

A full reboot was determined to be the best option rather than failing VM's over to a different node, as the reboot would ensure drives are checked upon startup for errors. This means they can be identified and corrected early (if they exist) rather than having a latent issue occur at a later stage.
