Office 365 Email Delivery Delays Monday 4th February 2019 10:30:00


Scope of Issue

There's a delay currently with email scanned by our Barracuda Anti-Spam Firewall when delivering to Office 365. This will affect both incoming mail to your account (if you use Office 365) as well as sending mail to other Office 365 customers. As the issue affects Office 365 servers only, all other email through the Barracuda is flowing without issue.

No mail will be lost and there will simply be a slight delay. The Conetix team is working to implement a fix as quickly as possible.
