Performance issues for some websites and servers Wednesday 18th September 2019 21:10:00

This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which may cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of a storage issue with some servers within one of the main compute clusters. This storage issue lead to slow disk writes, which in-turn caused some web and database services to timeout.

Impacted Services

• Approximately 20% of customers may be experiencing slow sites or sites which timeout.

Updates and Status

• 21:10 - On-call technician has received a notification of issues and an investigation started.
• 21:15 - Issue partially mitigated as Conetix works on a full solution.
• 21:32 - Issue has been resolved. Conetix will investigate the full root cause in order to mitigate any future occurrences.
