This notice is to inform you of an unscheduled maintenance event for your services with Conetix.
Conetix has identified a configuration issue with our core firewalls, which will require a restart of the firewalls to resolve.
As the systems are configured using High Availability (HA), this shouldn't result in any outage. However, as one of the units is displaying a warning there may be some brief disruption if handover isn't cleanly handled. Our staff will be risk mitigating the process and testing at multiple stages to reduce and eliminate disruption where possible.
Staff may also conduct a final fail-over test once the units have re-syncronised which could result in an outage of up to 1 minute.
