Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of a server issue affecting a number of clients and currently investigating the cause.

• Some virtual machines and websites

Updates and Status

• 01:15 - 18 Feb 2021 - Issue reported and being investigated
• 02:17 - 18 Feb 2021 - Issue has been mostly mitigated now as engineers investigate further
• 02:30 - 18 Feb 2021 - Full mitigation in place and no further issues currently detected
