This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Conetix is aware of a network disruption affecting all services and currently have engineers working to resolve the issue. The fault has been mitigated as engineers work to identify the full cause to prevent further issues.

• 13:17 - 07 July 2021 - Issue mitigated
• 13:21 - 07 July 2021 - Most services returning, issue being further investigated
• 09:00 - 08 July 2021 - No further issues since yesterday, root cause was a faulty switch
