This notice is to inform you of an unscheduled outage, which may cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of a network disruption affecting all services via Optus, Telstra and overseas. At this stage no fault has been determined, however connectivity via all other ISP's and peered services remains unaffected.

Impacted Services

• All connectivity via Optus, Telstra and overseas

Updates and Status

• 001:08 - 29/09/2021 - Issue reported and being investigated
• 001:40 - 29/09/2021 - routing issues have been resolved and all traffic has returned to normal
