Unscheduled Outage - Cluster C Wednesday 12th June 2024 07:07:00

This notice is to inform you of an unscheduled outage, which may be causing some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of and investigating issues with Cluster C, which will affect a number of clients including shared hosting and VPS customers. This is due to a hardware failure which hasn't cleanly failed over to existing systems. We are currently forcing failover for affected systems to bring all services back online.

• Shared hosting
• VPS hosting

Updates and Status

• 05:50 - 12/06/2024 - Issue is being investigated
• 06:20 - 12/06/2024 - Issue has been identified
• 07:05 - 12/06/2024 - Services have started to be restored
• 07:50 - 12/06/2024 - Over 90% of services are back to full operation
• 08:40 - 12/06/2024 - All services have been manually verified to be operational.
