Core Network Unscheduled Outage - Network Connectivity Loss

This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.

Scope of Issue

Conetix is aware of a network disruption affecting all services and currently have engineers working to resolve the issue. The fault is network related and estimate that the fault will be resolved in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Please refresh this page as we'll provide updates below.

  • 18:00- 05 March 2021 - Issue reported and being investigated
  • 18:18- 05 March 2021 - Issue confirmed as a Data Centre outage, ETA for restoration is 10-15 minutes
  • 18:42- 05 March 2021 - Connectivity restored, Conetix is now monitoring
  • 18:58- 05 March 2021 - No further issues visible and all sites are responding. If you're still experiencing an issue, please log a ticket with us and we can investigate
