Conetix is observing some bouncing from outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com addresses for a number of systems. Microsoft are actively blocking emails from our platform at present but have not provided a reason why.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no cause nor trigger we can observe. Microsoft provides us with detailed reports including when any IP is blocked, however their system is showing all green across the board.
We have logged the issue with Microsoft but at this stage have no ETA on when it will be fixed.

Update 1 - 14:00 13 May 2021 - No response from Microsoft yet. We have confirmed that only a small number of systems are affected and it does not affect any mail flow to Office 365 users. Once we've received a confirmation back from Microsoft, we'll post an update.
