Scope of Issue
Conetix is aware of DNS resolution issues affecting all customers using Conetix Nameservers. We currently have engineers working to resolve the issue.

- DNS lookups to domains using Conetix Nameservers.

16:25 AEST - 07/October/2021 - Investigation started after issue reported by internal monitoring.

18:25 AEST - 07/October/2021 - Investigation into this issue is ongoing, we will provide updates as they become available.

19:45 AEST- 07/October/2021 - Our system administration team have identified a unique denial of service attack and has implemented mitigation. Services are restoring to normal. Our network administration team will be working on implementing further systems to provide mitigation against similar issues in future.
