This notice is to inform you of a scheduled maintenance event, which may cause some disruption to your service with Conetix and Ingenuity.
Scope of Works
In order to take advantage of the advanced infrastructure at Conetix, all existing Ingenuity hardware will be transferred to the Conetix Data Centre (DC). This will provide an immediate security boost, via the dedicated, hardware based firewalls Conetix runs. As this move involves shutting down and physically moving the equipment, there will be an extended outage as this occurs. The move is expected to take up to two (2) hours for most services before they will be back online.
Conetix has formulated a detailed migration and test plan to ensure any downtime is minimised as much as possible and will also have technicians on-hand in the office to conduct external testing as well as answering support queries.

24.00 (AEST) Technical Team have tested Ingenuity Hardware and have commenced racking into Conetix Racks
23.48 (AEST) Ingenuity Servers are racked and coming online.
- Issue with routing currently being investigated
1:08 (AEST) All Ingenuity Servers are up and operational. Currently there is an upstream provider routing issue. Some servers are accessible now.
1:53 (AEST) Still current issue with upstream provider. Issue Escalate to senior SysAdmin
2.25 (AEST) Upstream provider resolved routing issue at 2.14 (AEST). Check of system via external Conetix Staff 95% of services up and online.
2.30 (AEST) ALL OK 100% Service
