This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.
Scope of Issue
Conetix is aware of a network disruption affecting all services and currently have engineers working to resolve the issue. At this stage we believe the fault to be related to one of our server clusters we estimate 15 - 30 minutes before an accurate ETA is available. Please refresh this page as we'll provide updates below.
Updates and Status
09:30 - 10/June/2020 - Issue reported and being investigated
09:45 - 10/June/2020 - Issue found and mitigation being implemented
10:30 - 10/June/2020 - Mitigation in place - services restoring to normal
10:40 - 10/June/2020 - Services should now be restored. Conetix is now monitoring resolution
