This notice is to inform you of a unscheduled outage, which will cause some disruption to your service with Conetix.
Scope of Issue
Conetix is aware of a network disruption affecting our upstream SIP Trunk provider. All Conetix phone lines and voicemail services are unavailable.
At this stage the fault is with our upstream SIP provider network, there is currently an ETA of 25 minutes on a resolution.

10:28 - 17/05/2021 - Our SIP provider has advised that mitigation steps are in place. We expect another 5 - 10 minutes of partial issues with phone calls pending a full resolution.
